Changing Time Zone

i can't seem to find where to change the time zone that i'm in... i've looked in the user cp but i can't seem to find it.  anyone know where to go?

Click on User CP
click on account info then look to the left it says modify profile(second shaded area) then under that click on Look and Layout Preferences
