The 303rd-LSG Recruitment Policy


1. The 303rd-LSG takes an open arms approach to recruiting new members.

2. We do not have a set standard for kills, score, or frag-rate in any of the games that we participate in.

3. We also do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, or any disability.

4. The 303rd-LSG does not allow cheating, therefore we will decline any applicants whose account is on an Anti-Cheat organizations ban list, linked accounts will be on a case by case basis.

5. We also request that our new members have a working microphone so that they can communicate on our Mumble server.

6. New applicants will also be required to go through a minimum thirty day selection process before becoming members of the 303rd-LSG.

7. We do not allow our members to be in other gaming organizations that are involved in any games that we are, this would be considered a conflict of interest.

8. If the game that an applicant applies for is tracked, they may be required to register an account with the tracking website of that game.

9. All applicants must agree to, and comply with the 303rd-LSG Rules and Code of Conduct.


The leadership of the 303rd-LSG reserves the right to edit, and or add to this policy as they see fit.
