The Packet Flow is mostly that you have a low internet connection.
PunkBuster is not getting its information fast enough and cuts you off.
Check programs running in the background taking up Bandwidth.

I'm not sure if a permanent was issued. Mostly we work with 24h Time Outs.

Is there a folder for it where it keeps the file that says to keep downloading? So you can delete it...
